REGGIE WAYNE - WR - Miami -- 6'1 - 195 - 4.55
I really like this pick. Wayne is a reliable player who will take the pressure off of Marvin Harrison. I like Terrence Wilkins better as a third receiver and I'm sure Peyton Manning will learn to love Reggie Wayne.

2nd Round - 37th Overall
IDREES BASHIR - S - Memphis -- 6'3 - 210 - 4.5
When I saw the trade up, I thought the pick was going to be Smoot but I can't argue with this either. Bashir is big and had a nice postseason which pushed him up. Maybe Jason Belser isn't in the team's plans (?).

Rob Morris LBs Rob Morris, Marcus Washington, DT Josh Williams and CB David Macklin all played as rookies. All could become starters this year on a Colts defense that needs to be revamped. Along with those guys, DT Rob Renes and CB Rodregis Brooks are also expected to become contributors in their second season.
