1.JOHN HENDERSON - DT - Tennessee
With Drew Henson leaving, the 6'7 Henderson is the odds on favorite to be the first pick of the Hoston Texans. Look for him to dominate this season.

2.BRYANT McKINNIE - OT - Miami
Not far behind Henderson is the 6'9, 340 Lb McKinnie. Comparisons to Jonathon Ogden seem valid as McKinnie has the skills to become an All-Pro caliber tackle.

3.JULIUS PEPPERS* - DE - North Carolina
The best pass rusher in all of College Football and not a bad Power Forward. Peppers still has two years but if he has the year everyone expects, he may declare and will be at the top.

4.JASON THOMAS* - QB - UNLV
This is merely a projection but at 6'4, 240 Lbs, Thomas is hard not to notice. His incredible athletic ability should make him a Heisman Trophy candidate and a great pro prospect.

5.WENDELL BRYANT - DT - Wisconsin
If he came out in 2001, he could have been a Top 10 pick. By going back to school however, Bryant has given himself a chance to be a Top 5 pick with his great athleticism.

6.QUENTON JAMMER - CB - Texas
A physical corner who has size to be the top cover man in this draft. He could have been a 1st Rounder in 2001 but he made a good decision and came back.

7.CEDRIC COBBS* - RB - Arkansas
6'1, 200 Lbs with 4.25 speed. Great measurables but injuries plagued his sophomore year, if he has a good junior season, the NFL will cretainly take notice.

8.RON JOHNSON - WR - Minnesota
Rated in the top 5 by many analysts, Johnson's lack of speed may drop him a little bit but he looks fairly secure as the top WR in this draft.

9.ANTONIO BRYANT* - WR - Pittsburgh
If he gets through his character problems, the sky is the limit. If he is suspended indefinitely then he may have to enter the draft.

10.TJ DUCKETT* - RB - Michigan State
A punishing runner whose size and speed combo is one of the best in the last couple of years. A faster Jerome Bettis.

11.NAJEH DAVENPORT - RB - Miami

12.DeSHAUN FOSTER - RB - UCLA
He has the talent to rank higher but injuries really have plagued him. If he can stay healthy for a season then he'll move up the rankings.

13.ED REED - S - Miami
Reed is going to be the leader of this defense with most of the Hurricane defense leaving for the NFL. His coverage ability and tackling are outstanding.

14.LEE SUGGS* - RB - Virgina Tech
With his 4.27 speed and good size, Suggs has all the physical tools to be a great runner. Add in a nose for the endzone and you have a great NFL prospect.

15.MARQUISE WALKER - WR - Michigan
David Terrell is gone but Walker is a great athlete himself. He also has great hands and shows great polish for a young receiver.

16.DENNIS WEATHERSBY* - CB - Oregon State
A great pure cover man whose coverage skills are just as good as Quenton Jammer's. He also has good height (6'1) and quickness.

17.JOEY HARRINGTON - QB - Oregon
He's steady and reliable. Harrington isn't a great athlete but he's not a stiff either. Throws a nice, catchable ball and is a proven leader.

18.TERRANCE METCALF - G - Mississippi
19.ANDRE DAVIS - WR - Virgina Tech
20.SALEEM RASHEED - LB - Alabama
21.ROCKY CALMUS - LB - Oklahoma
22.CARSON PLAMER - QB - USC
23.ROBERT ROYAL - TE - LSU
24.KELLY CAMPBELL - WR - Georgia Tech
25.DAVID GERRARD - QB - East Carolina
26.CHRIS SIMS* - QB - Texas
27.DANTE ELLINGTON* - OT - Alabama
28.JASHON SYKES - LB - Colorado
29.ALEX BROWN - LB - Florida
30.MAURICE MORRIS - RB - Oregon
31.MIKE PEARSON - OT - Florida State
